Yes. eToro operates through regional entities, including eToro (UK) Ltd (FCA, FRN 583263), eToro (Europe) Ltd (CySEC, licence 109/10) and eToro AUS Capital Limited (ASIC, AFSL 491139). In the US, eToro USA Securities Inc. is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA (CRD #298361) and SIPC.

Does eToro charge commissions on options?

For US clients, eToro charges no commission and no per-contract fee on self-directed options trades; regulatory fees are passed through.
