When does a paid plan end?
When its days run out or its signal credits are used up, whichever comes first. The period starts on the day you subscribe.
Can I still close a position after my credits run out?
Yes. Sell signals always pass the subscription check, whatever your balance, so you can always leave a position.
What counts as a signal?
One incoming webhook that leads to an order attempt. A signal that is refused, for example by the kill switch or a risk guard, is not deducted from your credits.
Can I change plans during a period?
Yes. An upgrade is a new purchase that starts immediately, and a lower plan can be bought once the current one ends. A plan renews only if you turn on automatic renewal at checkout.
