At a glance
Subscription fees are not refunded, except a duplicate or mistaken charge. Review the offer before paying. Software fees and broker charges are separate. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not close positions.
Before you purchase
The actual offer or order confirmation must specify the plan, price, currency, period, taxes, included allowances, and whether billing renews. A pricing illustration is not consent to a charge. There is no money-back period: a subscription payment is final once made, except as set out under Refunds below. Use Algomatex Free to test the service before paying. Do not purchase on the assumption that the software guarantees profits.
Renewals and plan changes
Recurring billing applies only if it is clearly presented and you authorize it. If a plan has no automatic renewal, it ends according to its purchased period unless extended. Changes to price, plan, or renewal terms require the notice and authorization required by applicable law. An upgrade or downgrade does not imply a specific proration or credit conversion unless confirmed in its offer.
How to request cancellation
Use an available account billing control or email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject ‘Billing cancellation’. Include your account email and the relevant invoice reference, but no card number or password. We will confirm the status, renewal cutoff where relevant, and any remaining access. A support request is a valid cancellation channel; do not assume deleting the app or pausing trading cancels billing.
Cancellation concerns the software service. You must separately manage broker orders, positions, subscriptions to signal providers, and any external service charges. Do not wait for a billing response before managing an urgent trading exposure.
Refunds: duplicate and mistaken charges only
Fees for a billing period that has started are not refunded, in full or in part. This includes unused time, unused credits, unprofitable trading, not using the service, an upgrade or downgrade, cancelling early, or a broker or third-party feature being unavailable.
Two exceptions apply. A duplicate charge for the same purchase, or a charge made in error, such as an amount or plan you did not authorise, is refunded in full to the original payment method once confirmed. A refund is also made wherever the law requires one. Otherwise, cancelling only stops the next renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no payment for that period is returned.
Credits and external charges
Signal or usage credits represent software allowances under the plan. They have no cash or investment value and are not broker funds. Expiry, rollover, and replenishment follow the disclosed offer. Credits are never exchanged for cash or refunded, and a failed instruction does not create a right to a refund or to reimbursement of a broker loss. Broker commissions, exchange and data fees, borrowing costs, and external signal-provider charges are governed by those providers.
Billing questions
If you see a charge you do not recognise or think was taken twice, email [email protected] with the invoice reference and charge date, but never a card number or password. Bank posting and currency conversion can affect the amount or date shown on your statement.
