At a glance
Essential storage supports the service. Optional first-party measurement starts only after you allow it and can be switched off here at any time.
What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small values sent with requests to a site. Browser localStorage and sessionStorage keep information on your device. Some storage is necessary for requested functions; optional measurement has a separate choice. Authentication tokens are held in HttpOnly cookies, not in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Essential and preference storage
Authentication and request-security cookies are necessary to sign in and protect account actions. Preference storage supports choices you make; it is not used here to deliver behavioral advertising.
- access_token: HttpOnly access-session cookie; its lifetime follows the access-token configuration, normally about 15 minutes.
- refresh_token: HttpOnly device-session cookie; renewed during continued use, with a browser-cookie lifetime configured up to 400 days. End a session through sign-out or your device controls.
- csrftoken: protects state-changing requests where required; lifetime follows the deployment's security configuration.
- NEXT_LOCALE and alg-theme: language and light/dark preferences. Browser-stored preferences remain until changed or cleared; language-cookie expiry follows site configuration.
- alg-privacy-choice: remembers the optional-measurement choice for up to six months on the current browser origin; clearing storage or a choice-policy revision asks again. Other requested app features can store local display preferences.
Optional first-party visit measurement
The visit tracker sends a random browser identifier (alg_sid), page path, language, and associated request metadata to Algomatex's own tracking endpoint only after you allow measurement. It is not an authentication token. The identifier remains in localStorage while measurement is allowed and is removed when you choose essential-only storage or the choice expires. We do not enable advertising pixels through this choice.
Switching measurement off prevents future tracker requests and removes the local identifier. It does not automatically delete visits already received; contact us about access or deletion rights. A request already sent before withdrawal cannot be recalled.
Other services and external pages
Broker sign-in, Google sign-in, payment forms, embedded external content, and apps you choose may use their own storage under their own policies. Our visit-measurement choice does not control independent sites you open. We do not represent that this list inventories every third-party cookie under every optional feature.
Change your choice
Use the controls below to allow measurement or keep essential-only storage. Both choices leave the main service available. Your choice is specific to this browser origin, so other devices or product subdomains may ask separately. If storage is unavailable, optional measurement stays off. You can also clear or block site data in browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in.
No choice saved. Optional visit measurement is off.
