Who handles your information
The operator of the Algomatex project handles the information described here under the Algomatex brand. The project has not yet been identified as an incorporated company, and a registered address and jurisdiction have not been established. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests. We will update this notice when those operator details are established; no foreign registration or data-protection certification is claimed.
Information and its sources
We receive information you provide, information from connected services you authorize, and technical information produced when you use the site.
- Account and profile: email, name, country, preferred language, authentication records, preferences, and support correspondence.
- Trading and integrations: connection identifiers, authorized broker tokens or encrypted credentials where required, balances, positions, orders, executions, alerts, strategy configuration, and journals.
- Billing: plan, invoice and payment status, processor customer and payment-method references. Card entry is handled through the payment processor; the application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Security and operation: IP address, user agent, session/device metadata, timestamps, errors, and audit records. Passkey public keys and registration metadata are stored; biometric templates remain with your device or authenticator.
- Feature input: AI questions, report inputs, uploaded material where supported, and connected-app authorizations. Optional visit measurement records a browser identifier, visited path, language, and associated technical request data after you opt in.
Why we process information
We use data to create and authenticate accounts, route your instructions, synchronize account views, deliver requested research or reports, administer plans, answer support requests, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and preserve required records. We do not sell your personal information or use trading credentials as advertising data. Optional first-party visit measurement helps us understand site use; it is disabled until allowed.
Legal grounds and choices
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, service delivery relies on performing the agreement you request; proportionate security, reliability, and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests where available; required records rely on legal obligations. Optional tracking and processing that requires consent use a separate choice. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. An acknowledgement of this notice is not consent to every data use. Available rights and legal grounds depend on the law that actually applies.
Providers and authorized recipients
Information necessary for a selected feature may go to your broker or exchange, integration providers such as SignalStack or ConnectTrade, Kashier for card payments, hosting and infrastructure providers, notification delivery services, and AI model providers when you request an AI feature. A broker or an independent app may also process information under its own notice. We may disclose necessary records to professional advisers or authorities when legally required, to protect rights, or in a lawful transfer of the service with appropriate notice and safeguards.
We do not claim that every provider listed is active for every user or that all data stays in one country. Ask [email protected] about providers and processing locations relevant to your account.
AI features and external AI apps
Requesting AI research or reports can send the relevant prompt, instruments, market context, trade statistics, and permitted journal content to the configured model provider. Trade-report input is designed to omit direct account identifiers and broker secrets, but information you type into free text can identify you. Do not submit secrets or sensitive third-party information. We do not promise that all free text is anonymous or make an unverified promise about a model provider's training or retention practices.
A separately authorized AI Connect application may read the account data within its granted scope. Review the app, selected accounts, and permissions before authorization, and revoke unwanted access from your account and the external provider. Revocation stops future authorized access; it cannot erase copies an independent app already received. Accepting legal documents does not grant a new AI permission.
Security measures and limits
The service uses encrypted credential storage, access controls, secure authentication cookies, and audit trails. Authentication tokens are not stored in browser localStorage or sessionStorage. No network, device, integration, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. A display privacy mode obscures figures visually; it is not encryption or an access restriction. Report suspected exposure promptly and revoke affected broker credentials directly.
Retention and account closure
We retain information for the purpose and period needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure accounts, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Different records have different needs; this notice does not invent a uniform retention period. Closure or a deletion request may not immediately erase invoices, security or consent evidence, legally required records, or backup copies. Restricted backup data is removed through the backup lifecycle, and independent brokers retain their own records. Contact us for the retention position relevant to your request.
International processing
Infrastructure, brokers, integration services, and model providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where the law requires transfer safeguards, we must use the applicable lawful mechanism and provide required information. This notice alone is not a transfer agreement or a claim that a particular adequacy decision or contractual mechanism is already in place for every provider.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent regulator. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Send requests to [email protected]; we may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal period. Do not email a full identity document unless we establish a secure and necessary process.
You can change notification preferences and use unsubscribe links where provided, revoke connected apps, and switch off optional visit measurement. Necessary account and security communications may still be required to operate your account.
Children and notice changes
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Notify us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Revisions carry a new version and request a new acknowledgement; any processing that legally needs fresh consent requires that consent separately.
