FAQ
Binance and Algomatex, answered
Answers about Binance come from its own pages and regulators' records, checked 5 Oct 2026.
Is Binance regulated?
Binance says Binance.com is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market through three entities. Other Binance-group companies hold local licences or registrations in places such as Dubai, Bahrain, Japan, Kazakhstan and Australia.
Can U.S. residents use Binance.com?
No. Binance's list of prohibited countries bars anyone in, resident of, or a citizen of the United States from opening a Binance.com account. Residents of Canada and the Netherlands are also excluded.
What are Binance's spot trading fees?
At the regular (entry) tier, spot trades cost 0.100% for both makers and takers. Paying the fee in BNB lowers this to 0.075%.
What are Binance's futures fees?
For USDⓈ-M futures settled in USDT, the regular tier is 0.0200% maker and 0.0500% taker, with a further 10% off when fees are paid in BNB.
Does Algomatex hold my money?
No. Orders go to your own Binance account and your funds stay at Binance. Algomatex never receives, holds or moves them.
Which Binance markets can I automate?
The ones marked supported in the table above. Anything Binance offers that the table marks as not available isn't automated yet.
Can I stop automation on Binance at once?
Yes. Pause Binance alone from its broker page, or use the kill switch to halt every account. A paused account places no new orders until you resume it.
