About the broker
BitMart at a glance
BitMart is a crypto exchange operated by GBM Global Inc., a Marshall Islands company, offering spot trading on more than 1,700 coins and pairs, leveraged futures and copy trading. Spot fees depend on which of four fee classes a pair belongs to. The global site does not serve US residents, who are directed to the separate BitMart U.S. platform.
- Spot pairs grouped into fee classes A to D
- 25% fee discount when paying fees in BMX

- Regulation
BitMart's own site lists no licence we could verify. In June 2026 BitMart announced an Australian Financial Services Licence, but it published neither the licence number nor the licensed entity, and we could not confirm it on ASIC's register.

FAQ
BitMart and Algomatex, answered
Answers about BitMart come from its own pages and regulators' records, checked 5 Oct 2026.
What are BitMart's spot trading fees?
Regular users pay 0.10% maker and taker on Class A pairs, rising to 0.25%, 0.40% and 0.60% on Class B, C and D pairs; paying fees in BMX takes 25% off.
Can US residents use BitMart?
No. BitMart stopped accepting US registrations in May 2022 and gave remaining US accounts until 8 August 2026 to withdraw; US users are referred to the separate BitMart U.S. platform.
Is BitMart regulated?
BitMart's user agreement names GBM Global Inc. of the Marshall Islands as the operator. BitMart announced an Australian Financial Services Licence in June 2026, but did not publish the licence number or entity, and we could not verify it.
Which countries does BitMart not serve?
Besides the US, BitMart's user agreement excludes residents of Cuba, Crimea, France, Hong Kong, Iran, North Korea, the Netherlands, New York State and the DNR/LNR regions.
Does Algomatex hold my money?
No. Orders go to your own BitMart account and your funds stay at BitMart. Algomatex never receives, holds or moves them.
Which BitMart markets can I automate?
The ones marked supported in the table above. Anything BitMart offers that the table marks as not available isn't automated yet.
Can I stop automation on BitMart at once?
Yes. Pause BitMart alone from its broker page, or use the kill switch to halt every account. A paused account places no new orders until you resume it.
